Chris is the founder of BowlerWorks LLC, a digital marketing consultancy, based in Chicago and Quincy, Illinois. Chris is a seasoned digital marketer with a passion and focus around helping companies orchestrate all aspects of their digital marketing mix, whether it's a website, search engine marketing, social marketing, paid media and email.

Chris launched the U.S. operation at Flipside Group, a digital marketing agency based in the UK. At the dawn of Artificial Intelligence, he worked with the team to develop some of the earliest forms of AI-driven chatbots.

At SapientRazorfish (now Razorfish), Chris established and scaled the social media and content marketing practice into one of the largest teams within the Publicis network.

Previously, Chris was with Agency.com where he operationalized paid search and SEM right around the time Google took off.

His career began at Campbell Mithun Advertising in Minneapolis where, as a advertising media planner,

he pioneered some of the first display advertising on the web.
He is also a thought leader in the digital marketing industry, writing in industry journals, quoted in analyst reports and speaking at industry conferences such as SXSW, ad:tech, and WOMMA.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. And he’s also an avid runner, with nine marathons so far. Perhaps the next one will be virtual?
